I am really not surprised, Germany is really strict on this and they will get other countries' police to raid you too. Encrypt your whole system with VeraCrypt and ask to speak a lawyer first.

Do they like come back the next day or what do they actually do?

Do a remote logout on another device + change password
But I don't think this will help , since the actual logs are still there , for maybe 1 week but can even be 3 month log

Usually they call a locksmith to open the door but if you have an extra secure door that he can't pick they will try to break it down or come on through a window.

If someone bought it with PayPal, maybe share the e-mail (or part of it) that the money was sent too, so people that had RazorCrypt in the past could search if they bought it with PayPal or not. Just an idea! :)
