I am not familiar with the needs of the members of Red Lions but I believe that if any member of

I want to join because on one hand I want to learn new things and at the other thing because

How much time can you devote towards group activities:
That will depend on the type of each activity. If it is a videogame activity I will not invest my time in
it. If it is a learning activity or forum contributing activity I will invest enough time to make sure
that the task is completed.

What are some of your skills?:
My main skill is Graphic Designing, not another 'HF thread' designer but a professional who is earning his living from it.
I specialize in Logo designing/Branding and UI designing ,
I have provided visual solutions to more than 300 companies and startups online and in real life.
Another skill i preserve is marketing, i have had my hands on CPA/PPI and had success with it.

How can you contribute to the group?:
I can contribute to this great group with my designing skills, I can provide hand-made quality visual solutions.
I can help the community by giving the knowledge and advice on building a brand or identity.

I feel like this group is the most unique and respected group on the HF,
The members of the group take pride being called Red lions. They standout differently in this community,
so with my skillset and experience i think i should be given a chance .
This is the very first time i am applying for a group on HF in my 4+ years, and I think you know why.

Is this the day the red-lions bring back the opportunity for recruiting? well I'll be damned.

What are some of your skills?:
Graphics, Coding (Java/HTML ; Not Excessive but want to learn more within it), Movie Whore, Relationship Guru / Lifestyle User.
How can you contribute to the group?:
- Graphics / Showcases (When I've moved house looking to sort out a gaming rig, then live stream so could help others who're starting up).

Reason why you want to join?(take some time to fill this section):
I would like to join for the chance to get to explore an area of the forums very few get to see and allow myself to communicate within the group as a whole, seeing what you guys within the group do through-out your free time and have a possibility of setting up specific events for the users on Hackforums themselves, you've been a giving group and I've not seen anyone from the group ask for anything back? which to me shows a honest judge of character and loyalty within the group standing itself.

This group honestly has a sense of responsibility within this forums and If I was around for the years when this group first made contact on these forums I'd have loved to have seen the posting from then.
How much time can you devote towards group activities:

I use to be very active within 3 of the groups I was in, over time I either left or the owner re-branded.
1. Phoenix (Was and will always be my home).
2. Nightfall (Regardless of the trash-talking within the group it was alright for the few members I met).
3. Riptide (Can't forget Divined, he showed me a lot with the wide-spread sense of musicians and artists collaborating into the group, the constant up-keep of members made it feel like a home).

If I was to describe It i'd base it from my first person view on you, if you come off as someone I feel has a negative influence on me then I'd try my best to get along but I'd probably steer clear of you, if you come off as an alright person then i'd get along with you fine.

I am a confident but humble guy. I am somewhat persistent at times, but only when i believe in something.

I'd say 9. My grammar is overall very good, though i'm only human, so i will make small mistakes from time to time.



What are some of your skills?:
I am a decent coder, I can code in java, PHP, HMTL, CSS and my personal favorite, Python.
Because i am currently studying IT, I know my way around with applications like Vsphere, ESXi, VMware and more.
I also know how to work with servers, routers, switches and networks in general.

I have diploma's in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, CCNA and more.
Writing is also one of my skills. I really enjoy writing, which is why i joined the HF writers group.

Other than that i've got decent social skills.
I love helping people out and putting a smile on their faces.

How can you contribute to the group?:
As i mentioned before, i love helping people out, so i would jump at a chance to help people develop their coding skills, or help people get familiar with applications like VMware, Vsphere and more.
I have been contributing to Hack Forums in different ways, such as posting guides, tutorials, and the occasional giveaway and contest.

Aside from that the Red Lions group has it's own goals such as making Hack Forums a better place.
I would love to be part of this, helping the Red Lions group cleaning up Hack Forums and making it a better and safer place.

I've been a part of the Hack Forums News team since the 294th edition and i've been one of the best and most active HFLive DJ's for a few months now.


Reason why you want to join?(take some time to fill this section):
I want to join Red Lions because the fact that the Red Lions group is all about making Hack Forums a better, safer place is simply amazing.
There have been many groups around claiming they would be cleaning up Hack Forums, and making the marketplace safer, but none of them have actually done any major things for Hack Forums, except Red Lions.
This group has existed for a long time, and in it's time it has done great things. Thanks to the members of this group Hack Forums actually got cleaned up, and the market place is in fact a safer place with Red Lions around.
I love this community, and i appreciate all the things that this group has done for it. My dream is to someday be a part of you, to help you guys protect this forum and it's community and to continue the Red Lions Legacy.

How much time can you devote towards group activities:
I am online on Hack Forums at least a few hours a day and i check the forums every few hours.
If needed i can free up my time and devote as much time as needed to this group and it's activities.

In one paragraph, describe your personality: I want try and keep everything not only HF related, but outside life related as well. If I had to define my personality by multiple characteristics, it would have to be a weird mixture of laid back, helpful, persistent, observative, loyal, and attentive. The reason for that weird mix? It's what makes me different from others and everyone different from one another. I try to be as helpful on the site as possible while learning as much as I can in areas that I am interested and not being forced off site by some members who can be rude to others who aren't as knowledgeable in areas as they are. I also take the time to meet new people, whether on or off site, out in public or at work, to try and make new friends and not seem so introverted. Basically even though I am no longer in school, I still try to learn new things everyday.
Rate your grammar, on a scale from 1-10: 8 and the reason I say that is because I do sometimes catch myself posting something that has a grammatical error in it.
What are some of your skills?:
  • Novice Java coder(currently learning as I am trying to develop a minecraft server on a new server software)

I like to post around everywhere, from innuendo, to gaming, to various tech related sub-forums and so on. This is where most people still throw around the old "Red Lions is the most HQ group here on HackForums" post, and it's mostly to gain entry to the group. To me, I want to rejoin the group because it was truly the only group I had enjoyed being in before losing account access. I don't want to apply for the userbar, hell that is never the aim when applying for a group. Basically, the bottom line, no bullshit answer is that I want to join because I believe I fit in with it's current members. I also want to find a group that I can join that won't up and sell 3 months down the road after they have made their money off of buyins and various other things. Basically I want to rejoin the only group on HF that has stayed constant.
How much time can you devote towards group activities:
As much as needed. I know it is a commonly posted answer, but after work and excluding some other activities, I have nothing but free time to devote to the group if needed. I only apply to groups I plan to be active in or are in a field that I am interested in, and seeming as there is nothing on HF that really peaks my interest outside of the sections that I post in, I have nothing but time.

Oh boy...

Well to start, Red Lions is one of the more prestigious and historical groups on this forum. Ever since I've started I've almost idolized Red Lions as a group. Back when I first joined, it was invite only. You opening your doors to this form of recruitment is almost a God send for me. Once again referring to my early days, numerous Red Lions members helped me make informed decisions as to how to conduct myself and how to find what I needed within the HF community and I would very much appreciate a way to the return the favor. I'd love to participate in any discussions, events or ideas you have planned within your group and the very thought I being able to fly the Red Lions flag gets me a little giddy.

How much time can you devote towards group activities: My job allows me to monitor HF with almost no interruptions. So long as I can participate while also answering phone calls and doing work from my desk, you've got at least 9 hours a day.

My girlfriend says she fell in love with me for my confidence, now she hates it, whether that is good or not is to be determined. I am a very hardworking individual. My work schedule is 6 days a week, at least 9 hours a day. It has been like this for my past two jobs. I am incredibly resourceful, I've been at my current job for just a few months but have already been asked to create guides and tutorials for a program the company has had for at least 6 months. I am a quick learner and I am dedicated. I also have an issue with engrossing myself in certain topics. Once I find an interest that grabs me, I become obsessed with it until I integrate it into my life, or I become so sick of it I drop it for months at a time. These topics include, gaming, digital art, drumming and PC hardware.

Red Lions has always been one I never thought I'd join. I never applied to any other groups because I didn't want to take the time to join groups I didn't respect. I saw that recruitment opened for Red Lions, and of course I apply. I would love to be given that opportunity and I would make it worth your time and contribute to the community and group.

Very interested in business, science (specifically medicine). I am loyal, friendly, and motivated. Very organized as well. I love to make jokes and laugh, but when appropriate.
