I found a whole damn abandoned mining camp, with a saloon and all to boot for $12K USD. It IS in the middle of fucking nowhere, but what would you expect? 😧
If you ladies wanna come up north I can grab 100 Square KMs of natural land for like roughly the same price, but we would have to build all our shit ourselves.
