Most altcoins are worthless. Only bought and sold for pump and dumps. It's luck if you buy low and sell high. Has zero to do with actual value or long-term position. I can guarantee that any alt-coin you hold past the top 10 will have 1/10th or worse of their value in 5 years or less.

I think it crashes and burns down to 1000$. People are over bitcoin and will look for a government regulated coin that Facebook releases or something.

Stellar , VeChain , BAT , Ripple , IOTA , Nano . These are the ones im looking into so far. Any suggestions?

What has performed well other than bitcoin ? When the altcoin market was good VET went up near x10 before they were converted from VEN to VET

Just like any other coin. So VET as a individual coin is not anything special. But, if it makes people money then who am i to say no haha.

Where are the buyers? I haven't even read any serious bad news to justify the drop.
I must admit that I get angry over these drops. They always seem to coincide with moments I'm holding a fair amount of BTC. Waking up to see the loses hurts and I take it personally.
When will it end? God, why me!!! Have you abandoned us crypto-fans? Please Lord, turn it all around.
All I can say is relax and don't panic. Not always does bitcoin dump because of bad news, movement can also be decided by market maker's liking, they make money if other people lose money.
Also if you are just holding btc doing nothing with it maybe it will be an idea to look into margin trading so you can also short it and instead of losing money when it goes down, make more money.
For now IMO bitcoin is looking good, please take a look at my recent analysis and hope that calms you down. Time will tell, patience is key.
Short term I think btc will be rising again take a look at my analysis.

Yo Omni I'll suggest you to read Flash boys by Michael Lewis, after reading this you'll understand that there are almost no "human" buyers, most of the buyers are Algos.
I am working as a broker and I have access to client's orders, I can assume that the last drop is just a regular drop you usually see in the stock market, 1 sale that is bigger than normal will catch all the stop loss orders and will drive it down, the orders will be filled 1 by one, same goes for raises in the price.
