By the way; are you really that fucking docile that just because there's a written rule somewhere, you will accept it unconditionally? There are rules in countries that say men can beat their wives without repercussion. Would you blindly accept that?

Get the fuck out. If I wanted the opinions of some close-minded, semi-literate, tamed รผber-puppy, I'd have gone to the lounge or some similar forum.

I'm so attracted to you right now.
Also, thanks for this.

Dear Old Good Thread, may I introduce you to Page 1 again?

I miss the old days, when I didn't know HF existed.

Definitely not where I parked my car...

I agree with you, if you're going to learn to program you should first learn how to properly search.
Anyway thanks for the share. Time to start reading.

If this archive includes K&R, how can it be horrible for beginners?

Isn't that obvious? It doesn't include "SUPER COOL AWESOME" videos like anti-rftm so it can't be good!
Learning from a book?! DESPICABLE!

Install Linux. Slow computers are good for programming. They force you to write efficient code. Fast computers breed slow, lazy programmers.

K&R can be quite rough read for some people. Especially us who aren't native English speakers. However, being patient with it and putting in some effort will really pay itself back.

If I have trouble understanding parts of a book, I would probably research the topic elsewhere and try again later. Sadly, not everyone has enough sense to do that.

Thank you for the guide. ๐Ÿค
