When I try to use the FTP connection, it says connection refused by the server.

Connect via port 22
SSL is on (https)
Or just do it via cpanel file manager (:

The nameservers are still
NS1.XTREMEHOST.CO
NS2.XTREMEHOST.CO
I just never switched the IP to the new servers IP so those nameservers point to the new server.
I did switch them though im just waiting on it to take affect!

Ask your reseller and if your reseller checked there email then your hosting would be up. What I'm saying is you didn't order from me so I'm not responsible for your website
