I tend to agree that this is a fraudulent post. httpS:\\consumer.gov is set to be the login, but http://consumer.gov runs normally and there is nothing wrong with it. Not to mention how old this post is and nothing has changed yet (which wouldnt matter EXCEPT this is a government site)
