hello,
two days ago i sent a payment to 0wned,he said that he will give me the details after holding the payment for 3 hours...but its been two days...and he is not replying to my pm's as well as my instant messages....

What did you buy off him?
Can you show us some screenshots that you talked to him?
Please use this format:
1. Link to the scammers profile. This is to prevent confusion if a username change occurs.
2. Link to the thread in question if it exists where you may have been scammed.
3. Search Scam Reports area for any existing threads with the scammer. Search by username and also uid. If everyone adds the users profile then UID will be very effective.
4. Post any images/screenshots that you can provide as evidence of the scam. Best option is to use the spoiler tags for images.

You should take the most vital of information out of the conversation and upload them as screenshots for us to examine. For one, people don't like to download things usually. Secondly, it will make it get straight to the point and we won't have to read the whole conversation, just key parts to it. It will speed up this report for you. :3
