[VB.Net] Anti-Fiddler src - [ ZERO ] - Jan 29, 2011

Haven't seen this one here, so i thought it could be useful to some of you guys.

Code
Try
            Dim x() As Process
            x = Process.GetProcesses
            For Each p As Process In x
                If p.MainWindowTitle.Contains("Fiddler") Then
                    p.Kill()
                End If
            Next
        Catch
        End Try

Yeah, i know that the code is simple, but it does the job. 🤝

EDIT: Ah, I gave the snippet a go, their are still many bypass issues, but nonetheless good job. 🙂

It monitors for Window Title, not exe name. :)

simple code, Good job.
Thanks for sharing

This would be incredibly easy to bypass simply by changing fiddlers window title with a quick program in c++, but this is still better than nothing.

Anti of the Anti :)
Code
<DllImport("user32.dll")> _
    Private Shared Function SetWindowText(ByVal hWnd As IntPtr, ByVal text As String) As Integer
    End Function

'call
    Sub renF()
  For Each p As Process In Process.GetProcesses
    If p.MainWindowTitle.Contains("Fiddler") Then
    SetWindowText(p.MainWindowHandle, "lawl")
    End If
  Next
    End Sub

There is no need to thank a banned member for a thread that was posted 6 years ago.
