Reason: Toxic expects you to know how to do a lot of the set-up. While he does provide links to places where you can learn the set-up methods, the links aren't to any particular thread or place, just Hack Forums and Google. His method does look like it will work, but it may take some upkeep to continue to get slaves. (Some coding knowledge may be required)

Reason: The layout was fairly good, I like how there was a Table of Contents holding 'Chapter 1: Introduction' 'Chapter 2: What you will need' and 'Chapter 3: The Fun Starts' he kept everything quite organized. Each page also held a copyright, so leakers beware!

Reason: There were a couple of grammar errors throughout the eBook, mostly CAPS, and mispelt words (eg. explanation not explination) other than that Toxic had legible punctuation, and sentence fluency.

Reason: This is not a very original eBook as I'm sure the method is widely used, but if you aren't privy to the method, it is a good way to spread.
Notes: In his copyrights at the bottom of each page he notes that he would be able to place a court date, I find a couple of problems with this as the eBook is only $5, and the content of the eBook is illegal, he would probably get in more trouble if he were to take it to court.

Quality of Information Rating: 3/5
The method provided in the eBook definitely works. It's a pretty solid way of getting victims, but it's more directed towards stealing Runescape accounts. People have used this method in the past, and it proves effective again and again. This would've been a 3.5/5 but the author didn't include enough info. For the price, he should've included resources, instead of just a brief set of instructions. This receives a 3/5 solely for the effectiveness of the method, more information should be included.

Ease of Use Rating: 2.5/5
You'll need to dedicate some time to this. It involves a little time investment (as every spreading method would), but this may take more time than usually expected. A background in Runescape is HIGHLY recommended, and will make everything much easier. Since the author neglected to include resources, and merely included instructions to finding some, it will require that much more of a time investment.

Layout Rating: 3.5/5
The layout of this ebook was pretty nice as far as ebooks go. If it weren't for the massive white spaces in between information, it would've been a 4. There were headings, and I actually had no problem reading right through it. It's extremely important to note that there is only 4 pages of real information, there are 2 literally blank pages in the ebook.

Grammar Rating: 3/5
Grammar was fairly average. There were the occasional mistakes, run-on sentences, etc. There was nothing that really affected readability however, so this receives a 3/5.

This method is not too original. I've seen it before (a few times) and many who are active in the RS scene are aware of this method.

Notes/Final Thoughts:
Overall, if you're looking for a way to get a pretty solid amount of RS playing victims, this may not be the book for you. The method is good, but it lacks information and in-depth detail. If the author re-released the ebook with resources and step by step instructions it would be great, but for now it is very lacking. This ebook contains solely the method, which really is only half of the battle. For now, I do NOT give this ebook my seal of approval.
