Here's a few tips! ✌
For when you are spreading on forums or giving it to people that really know what they are talking about [a Hacking Forum or a Computer Forum]
1) On your RAT when it says "delayed execution" you should write up to 6-7 minutes, because if you are attempting to infect a person who is smart or dedicated towards computers, they will attempt to sandbox it or check it for outgoing connections, this probably will not last for longer than 2-3 minutes but just to be sure, put it at 6-7 minutes in the delayed execution part of the program. Great TIP!
2) Dont be dumb , Crypt your server! There are plenty of crypters for free! or you can even ask someone in THIS section to crypt your server for free! its that easy! so c'mon! you want victims come and get em!
3) Make sure to tick all those "Anti" things, this will protect your server from being exposed to user's that know what they are talking about.
4) Spread via Torrents,Youtube,Metacafe,Download sections and
forums! These are the BEST for spreading!
5) For best results, attempt to make a Java-Drive-By! its very easy
to do so! and you will get 99.999% more victims.

You didnt say with the correct spreading. You only said that you would get 99.999% more victims. Which is a lie.
because (as I said) If you normally get 10. 99.999x10+10=1,000,000
I doubt this.

Umm.. 99.999x10+10 is not equal to 1 million, besides I don't think that Java drivebys are that effective now.
