Today ime going to show you how to change the text of slide bar and many other things :)
Must be Jailbroken and have Winterboard this works on any device 3.1.x - 4.1
The Tweak is called MyStrings
What is MyString ?
MyStrings is a great tweak for iphone ipod and now ipad that allows anyone to easily change their systems defult strings in a nice and clean interface.
Open Cydia go to Manage>Sources> Edit> Add. Then add http://podulo.com/
When that has finished installing search "MyStrings" all one word and install it.
Then respring your device. Go to Winterboard and check "Activate MyStrings" Then respring again.
Go to settings scroll down to MyStrings. Scroll Down to Sliders and costermize as you wish.

Interesting tweak, but why do you say only 3.x to 4.1? 4.2.1 can be jailbroken too, either on Windows or Mac.

i ment the treak only works on 3.x to 4.1 well that what is says in cydia
