[REWARD] Help me find service manual for Dell Optiplex 745 [REWARD] - The Archetype - May 10, 2011

TOTALLY PUT THE WRONG MODEL NUMBER ON THE LAST THREAD, SORRY GUYS. I NEED A MANUAL FOR AN OPTIPLEX 745!!! (it's a sideways-resting tower, not a vertical tower)

So I'm in a tight bind. I have a customer's dell optiplex 745 right now, and I have to get at the HDD to get it out and backup data off it, then have 7 installed on it and to them by 7pm... Help me find a service manual online (like a pdf download) that can show me how to get out the HDD and the PSU and all that jazz, and I'll give you a reward. :)

An a related note, I should charge extra just to work on these things <.<

And yes, I know, screws and cables, but dude, this thing is buried, and I gotta get all this crap out to get at it, and idk how to, I've been trying for over 2 hours.

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/op745/en/UG_en/UG_en.zip this and http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/op745/multlang/QRG/EN/JH470A00.zip inside the .zips are pdf files.

If you want to back up information on it why don't you put it on a external hard drive and then just install windows 7?

Removing the hard drives is easy. There should be 2 green tabs, just push them and pull out.

It was figuring out how to get the PSU out that was giving me trouble. I'd never worked on an Optiplex before today so I didn't know there was a little release tab down below it that I had to push down on.. and it wasn't like an obvious thing, looked like it was just part of the case... But I figured it out.
