Seeing the state of the marketplace, i finally decided start my Escrow service officially( Well making this thread).
An escrow is: Explanation.
* An arrangement where an independent trusted third-party receives and disburses money and/or documents for two or more transacting parties, with the timing of such disbursement by the third-party dependent on the performance by the parties of agreed-upon contractual provisions, or
Escrow generally refers to money held by a third-party on behalf of transacting parties
A financial instrument held by a third party on behalf of the other two parties in a transaction. The funds are held by the escrow service until it receives the appropriate written or oral instructions or until obligations have been fulfilled. Securities, funds and other assets can be held in escrow.
Be aware that i have discreetly done $50000+ escrow deals successfully on HF since 2010..
In layman's terms, i simply do middle-manning for the protection of the buyer as well as the seller.
I believe my credentials at HF are impeccable and trustworthy. 🙂
I am willing to offer Escrow for both physical goods as well as virtual goods which involve substantial amount of money.
My rules are simple.
1) I only do BTC/WMZ/ any irreversible E currency. escrows. Which means no risk of charge backs for the buyer/seller as well as me. Basically if one of the E-currency cannot be reversed, i will do it.
2) My Escrow fees are flat 5%+ Transaction fees. If the Deal fails , the entire amount gets refunded back to the Buyer.
3) All deals are only and only done on HF Pm.
Imo, it's always better to pay some nominal Escrow fees and be safe rather than be scammed and lose the entire principal. 🙂

Vouch for my buddy Factor8. I payed him via LR and he ordered me something from eBay. Which is awesome because I am not allowed to use PayPal and that is the only payment most vendors except.

The Buyer pays, but if the amount is really high, then both parties can split. :)

Thanks. Tbh, doing Escrow for Virtual Goods is a pain sometimes. But, if the money involved is high, i will gladly do it. :)
