Well this tutorial is very simple and is intended for people with big botnets because it will earn you money but not a lot if you have <100 slaves.
How to triple your $ from this tutorial: After reading through do the process again 2 more times except use different links like yahoo.com or msn.com and send those links to your slaves. But be careful, ADF.LY watches your earnings and if it notices the same IP visiting your links over and over they will ban you.

First you want to head over to http://ADF.LY and create and account.

After you have signed up you want to head over to the "Home" tab and click it.
Now you will see a page like this:

Click on the "Options" tab it it will open this:

Now you are going to want to change the "Advertising Type" to "Framed Banner ($$$)"
Yes you will earn a little less money but they don't have to click anything so you get the money automatically.
Finally, you want to enter a URL in here, I would prefer (google.com) because the slave wouldn't really be alarmed of anything:

Now click the "Shrink" tab and copy the link.
Take that link and open it on your RAT's computer and the $$ will be flowing in!
YAY! You are now on your way to making money from your slaves the legal way!
Now you will see a page like this:

This method is really kinda obvious (been doing this for some time) but can help some guys out to make a couple of dollars from their slaves.

Best way is to set it up so each server visits the link (hidden) on-connect, therefore maximizing profits.

No, almost all the RAT's around allow you to select all your slaves and send them to a webpage.
