The infamous jailbreak developer Comex has released a beta version of Jailbreakme 3.0, known to jailbreak any iPad 2 running iOS 4.3 and above. Currentely, all you will need to do is go to this URL:

And hit free and install.
It looks like @comex has released a early beta version to few selected beta testers. And, one of the beta tester has uploaded a video showing how to jailbreak iPad 2 running iOS 4.3.0 using @comex’s upcoming jailbreak JailbreakMe 3.0 (PDF exploit). The process seems to be pretty simple - Simply go to jailbreakme.com hit the Free than Install button, and let Cydia install itself! that's it!
Now that the full version was released by comex, over 700,000 devices have been jailbroken with it!

Well i installed backgrounder. And it installed the activator just fine. Then i installed sbsettings with no problems.
