Builder generates a server with parameters that the user inputted. You run the server on your bots and any bots with uTorrent installed with download/seed your torrent.

I've taken the liberty to do a virus scan seeing as people are very curious as to whether or not this person can be trusted. NOTE: I did not scan the DLL included because it is a windows dll and it was last modified in 2009. The results were as follows (scanned with my-avscan) :
