Found this great program that can create a multi-boot usb drive which can house many linux distro's/os's which can be selected from a bootloader. Its a great tool for booting into linux, ubuntu, etc. with one usb flash drive. It also allows you to download .iso right from the program and add them to your multi-boot list.

The program is called Multisystem. It is actually a Linux program but it works very well. If your in IT it's a good tool to have it can bail you out of some tough situations. I have 7 different distros on mine.
