If ur port is already forwarded ..
Try infect other PC , its might work .. =)

because most likely your router won't allow you to connect to yourself via the external IP. you will need to add 127.0.0.1 or, use proxpn in order to do so.

if you try test it on yourself you must use loacl ip=127.0.0.1
if you use that and it dont appear that means your firewall block your port
simpley turn off your firewall
if you use ip= any no-ip
it will not connect to yourself
send your server will crypt it for 1$ if you like
but you must
1- tell me what is your rat-keyloger-bot-stealer
2-there is non .net or .net Dependencies ==choose what you like==
3-dont compress your server.exe while creating it
4-dont use any anti options
