So myself and Malarki have located the passwords for
www.webbuk.com
we made a thread on finding the admin password when we actually had it all along (lol someone tried stealing it btw).
So we ran some scanners and found the admin page
http://www.webbuk.com/admin/index.php
but we get that gay warning and cant loging (dw I checked the source its a false warning, i think)
so we need the real admins i.p or something to access that page? tried proxy but still didnt work.
help?

It's very likely that access is restricted to a specific range of IP addresses. Their internal network is possibly behind a NAT and the public facing IP is the expected one i.e. you can only access from within their offices or perhaps through a VPN.
