How to Set up BlackShades RAT | Easy 1.2.3 |

Purchase and Download BlackShades RAT: 4.7 RAT (Will Auto-Update)

If you have not yet purchased the BlackShades RAT, please do so, then come back.

Step 2: Register, and Open Blackshades

Now, open your rar file you downloaded from bshades, and fallow this path.
Data > Registrator > Clcik "Register" > Click "Unicode" (Bottom Left) > Click "Register": Now Exit.

Step 3: Setting up Your Hostname

Next, register an account on No-IP
Once you've registered an account, go to "Manage Hosts"

Now that you're in "Manage Hosts" click on "Add Host"

Next, you add your host, the only 2 things you should change about the host, is the Hostname, and the "No-IP.biz" extension.

Step 4: Port Forwarding

I will be going over how to port forward a Linksys Router, not any other ones.
If you don't have a Linksys Router, skip this step. You may find these helpful:
Google // Youtube // Search HackForums

Setting Linksys up:
Run the program "Command Prompt" or "CMD"
Now type in this "ipconfig" You should get something like this:

Now, scroll up to where it says "Default Gateway" on the right.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now, type your Default Gateway into your webbrowser's address bar.
It should ask you for a username and password, your default username and password is.
Username:admin
Password:admin

Once you've gained access to the main page, click "Applications
& Gaming"

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now, we will be opening port 82.
When opening your port, you must know what your "IP Address" is.
Open "CMD" again, and type in "ipconfig", 2 steps before the "Default Gateway" was, the should be IPv4 Address.

Spoiler (Click to View)

The last 3 digits is what you're going to need.
Mine is 102, so this is how I would set my port up.

Now you've finally made it through the port forwarding step, lets move on.

Step 5: Setting up Blackshades RAT

Alright, now lets set your RAT up.

Click the "Creat Server" tab at the bottom of the program. (No screenshot needed)

Then right click the box on the left of the program.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Name the profile what ever you want, I'm naming mine HFDec.

Now, once in there, click ".NET Crypter Settings"

I've already clicked it, this is what the should look like. (Despite the fact it generates random codes)

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now, you will have to open another port on your router, go ahead and open port 4444, once you've done that continue on.
===
Alright, here is the stuff I had to set up.
Hostname: hfdeceive.no-ip.biz
Port: 82
Transport: 4444
===
Now this is an example of how mine looks, yours should look similar other than the generated codes.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now, click the "Save" button, after that, click the "Build" button.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Alright, lets move on.

Step 6: DUC & Listen

Alright, lets go back to No-IP and download the DUC.

Click here for Windows: Windows Download Link
Click here for Mac: Mac Download Link

Once you've got that downloaded, open the program and sign in.

Then when you're past the sign in page, update your hosts.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now choose your hostname and save it to update.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Alright, time for the final count down.

Go into BlackShades RAT, and click "Settings" at the bottom of the page.

Now choose your ports that you have opened, and have had set up with your RAT.

My connection port was port 82, and my transport was port 4444.

Spoiler (Click to View)

Now, click the "Activate" button by both ports.
Be sure they are open by clicking the "Test Port" button.
If all goes well, you've completed your RAT.

You can build as many RATs using the same information as many times as you want.
If you're wondering where your file to spread is, click the build button again and it will show you where it was placed.

Finished

This was made completely by Deceive, thank the whole Black Knights group for doing their hardest we can to help.

Please report any typo's, or grammar corrections to me in a PM.

Nice. Although I'm pretty sure that if you buy BS, you know ratting, but it's still helpful.

Yeah, buy a lot of time people upgrade from CyberGate to BlackShades, because they are both very popular on HF. That's why I made this tutorial.

#DragScope, thanks bro.
Hope to see more thanks 🤝

Nice tutorial keep up the good work!

* - Taktloss - Sep 6, 2011

Just add some words about VPN and that they don't need PFW to work with rats and the tutorial will be perfect :)

With VPNs which have bulletproof static IPs, you won't even need NO-IP or this annoying NO-IP DUC ;)

Bye
