Little better, I think though the main problem is how this specific one was drawn xD, lots of jagged strokes ^^

Hair is tricky but you GOTTA take your time on it ^^

I would say take a little more time on the hair, it's still a bit choppy. Also if you look in the upper left corner of the image where shes holding the poll there is some white in the gap between here wrist and the pole. Other then those two things it's a nice render. Good job.
