*High Paying Rewards Site* Cash Minecraft Codes, Gift Cards, Custom items - Esteem - Sep 18, 2011

This site is pretty legit. I've received many rewards from it including:
Minecraft Code x2
Godaddy - $20 worth of gift cards
And around $10 Paypal cash.
You complete offers for either cash or points. Cash can be paid out at $5, or converted into points to be used for gift cards, or other rewards. Doing the daily surveys each day will give you $1, plus aroudn another $2 of easy registrations if you change your ip every 24 hours.

Proof of payout would be nice. Thanks.

I got the payments a while ago. I've only just started being active again. Once I get paid, I'll post proof. I just need a couple more points to have enough for a giftcard with enough for a .net domain on it :)
