This is quite urgent, since I have the ability to plant a file freely for the next two days tomorrow at school, and just that one day.
Since my school blocks GMail access (unless you go through Google Docs) and most e-mail providers, how would I get a keylogger that could get me the information remotely?
Are there any loggers that could upload logs to like a text file? (I have a website with unmetered webhosting.. and I require something better than a stealer.)

Very simple my friend.
1)Use my guide on Rinlogger. It's an amaizing keylogger.
2)I would recommend to simply text yourself/write down a shortened url on a download link or on your notebook/phone etc. And just download it and run. Or disguise it as homework. (USB SPREAD)
3)Set it to send you strokes every 2 hours (You can get them to your phone)
4)You should be able to grab your teachers edline password (LOL)
