How would i do that, how do i write to a file on a website
with VB.net
and then i can register them on my Console (On my pc Remotly)
so they can login :)

Download this FTP Client, login to your sites FTP, upload a file with the same name and it will overwrite it so you can add any logins or whatever. If its a text file though you should use encryption to prevent people from jacking other people shit.
