Is this possible? I've been reading everywhere that it's impossible to successfully decompile a .DLL file coded in C++, but I really need the contents inside a certain .DLL file.

Impossible to decompile. To disassemble? Very possible. You won't get the source from disassembling it, but you will get function calls, addresses, and all the other behind the scenes action.
