Information: I have created this thread targeting new members to help them gain an understanding of the current rules and regulations regarding our warning system. If you have any questions or concerns, I ask that you post below or send me a PM. I'll be more than happy to assist and answer any questions/concerns you may have. This thread will be updated regularly with warning points, help documents, or site policy changes. Help Documents: For a better understanding of all current rules listed in the Help Documents, click this image. --> ![]() If a user is having trouble understanding the site policy or disobeying it, simply redirect them with the famous help quote, Quote:We recommend you take the time to read the HF Help Documents section. The answer to your questions should be contained there. Below is the code for the above quote Code [help]Note: Writing out the "help" code does not apply to the 20 minimum character limit, so be more specific when directing a user to the Help Documents. It's always better for members to understand the current rules rather than overlook them. Questions & Answers: Q: Where is the report button? A: The report button can be found on the bottom right-hand side of the user's post/thread. It resembles a lightning bolt icon. Spoiler (Click to View) Q: What if the reason isn't on the drop-down list? A: Select "Other" and write the reasoning for your report. Q: How do I report a user's profile? A: Find their most recent post and select "Profile Violation" when clicking on the report. You may also report it directly to a Staff Member Q: I don't understand why I received a warning, who do I contact? A: By clicking on your warning level, you may find the Staff member who gave it to you. Contact them directly, and they will provide a more detailed response as to why it was given. Note: More Q&A's will be added as I see common questions asked around the forum. If you have any suggestions, please list them below.
