i got a toolbar when i installed Utorrent and i have removed it from my computer but its still on my google chrome? how do i completely remove it?

most of them show up in add remove programs try un-installing it from there.

You could also try Right clicking the toolbar. Sometimes there's a "Hide" option or possibly an "Uninstall" option.
EDIT: But in the future just glance over the screens instead of spamming "Next" and "I agree".
