Do i have to completely re-install win7 or is there like a way i can upgrade win7? * - Immensify - Nov 5, 2011 Completely re-install it; they're two different operating systems. * - Gushers - Nov 5, 2011 FUU- ok. god dammit. i jsut finshed isntalling everything i needed D: * - Tomski - Nov 5, 2011 How are you even allowed on HF.. When you installed it you will see big performance difference * - MouseDesign - Nov 5, 2011 Upgrades within a Windows environment can only be performed when you are actually updated the version, e.g. XP -> Vista. You cannot upgrade your system from x32(x86) to x64. * - vaan14 - Nov 5, 2011 actually, he can go from 32-bit to 64-bit. I have done that. He would have to boot from his disk drive. * - kanekewl - Nov 5, 2011 Think of it this way. Its the difference between using maxed 4g of ram vs Infinite ram. * - HxC_Pokecore - Nov 5, 2011 Actually, the maximum RAM Windows 7 can support (Ultimate) is 192GB. It's less for Home Premium (I think 32GB or 16GB) * - Tomski - Nov 6, 2011 (Nov 5, 2011 01:18 PM)GorillaBalls Wrote: its called being afuckingmazing. Your question reflects a lack of basic computer knowledge, I highly doubt you're qualified to be calling people skiddies. Most people who use that word on this forum have never coded a program of their own in their life -.- * - kanekewl - Nov 6, 2011 (Nov 5, 2011 06:42 PM)HxC_Pokecore Wrote: Actually, the maximum RAM Windows 7 can support (Ultimate) is 192GB. And since that is impossible right now its next to infinite. Way to use google and try to prove me wrong and a topic that is utterly pointless when all the person had to do was take 5 minutes and do a little research on his own. |
