First, you need to have a lure partner. You want to hang around somewhere popular (such as the Grand Exchange). You should advertise that you need someone to help you with some kind of PK video or something, anything which requires them to go into the wildy. Offering RSGP is also a good method to get more people interested. Once you see a person running towards you, looking interested, your lure partner, who should be lingering around the GE, should run over at the same time. Tell both of these people that they can help (this lowers suspection of luring, having 2 'victims'. Just tell them that they don't need anything, but they should bring 3 good items to make the video look better (relate to scenario). Your lure partner should then start ranting - "haha, I'm not going to skull, I'm not stupid". You should reply saying that they don't have to skull, it's all safe. The person getting lured should then feel safe. They need 3 high-risk (unless you want junk...) items. Now, what I would do here, is give them both a games necklace (you don't actually have to give ur lure partner a games necklace - just make it seem like it). All 3 of you should now head over to corporal beast. You could also simply walk into wildy/use lever/etc. (MULTICOMBAT IS BEST)
Gear requirements!
Lurer - MAGIC GEAR FOR BARRAGES (or Teleblock and binds)
Virtus>Ahrims>Dagonhai>Mystic
A GOOD SPECIAL WEAPON (preferrably claws, since they are fast)
Claws>AGS>DDS
Food - just in case!
Teleport - just in case!
A cannon (you will later give the cannon to the person being lured)
At least 5 cannonballs, preferably 10+
And of course, magic runes.
Lure partner -
Same kind of gear as yourself, lure partner can use these as their high-risk items
Food
Teleport
Cannon + cannonballs
Magic runes (unless only 1 of you are maging)
Good spec weapon.
A FAMILIAR!! DOESNT MATTER WHICH ONE -- ESSENTIAL TO LURE
Person being lured - Little food is best/no teleports. Use your SE skills to get this working, use your own methods - or just make them eat all their food and TB them.
Now, once you are in the wildy, you will pretend to give your lure partner a cannon, after which the lure partner will set up the cannon and load it with cannonballs.
The cannon will spin around, not attacking other players. Give the person being lured a cannon, they will set it up and load it up. Get skulled, and attack both of them once to show they don't have to skull-- make sure not to make them panick and teleport!
The lure partner will then summon his familiar, the cannon which belongs to the person being lured will attack the familiar, and the person being lured is now skulled. Attack him and kill him, and make bank! This is a great money making method, make the best of it guys.

Then, if you brought barrages and stuff, you can kill him for your cannon back :P
Also, I doubt he would run away if you offer him RSGP after.
It wasn't a 'leeched' guide. It was a method, which was actually owned by a previous HF member. He sold it to a vid maker and also sold me rights to it. Thought I would try to get my moneys worth while it is still a good method and unknown by RS players.

You don't require resale rights for public information, it can be sold or given by anyone.
