Few days back i had the problem and struggling for Windows Password Now it's fixed after using this method. If you forgot your password or try to hack try the following method to reset it!!!
Requirement:
Hiren Boot CD
You can Download from here:
http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/
How to Begin?
First Download then burn it in a CD, Then Insert your CD and Restart your PC!
Then follow the instructions on the video:

Is this method still working? My friend forgot his password and we need to reset it. I want to know if this is still working before I spend my money on CD ^^

This method still working. I myself checked on windows 7. Don't spend money.

Okay, thanks for the fast reply. I mean before I spend money on the CD. You know, the CD where I put the program :)
E: The video is kinda messy. Do I have to do something else than put the CD in the tray? It looks like it does everything automatically. Or then the guy just writes fast :P
E2: Fucking shit. My friend´s minilaptop doesn´t have a CD tray. Can I do the same thing with a USB stick? I mean, you can install entire OS from USB stick so..
E3: Yes, you can apparently boot the program from USB.
