I think the episode already aired and the accident happened while the show was being broadcast live, right?
And NOW you know why they needed to make their safety wall EVEN THICKER! And also you now know why they always say "don't try this at home". Imagine some kid making a cannon and shooting a hole through his neighbor's house (and 10 consecutive houses after that one an the next couple blocks).
