I needed this really bad and I was looking around, it's very simple.
It's basically for whenever there's and update (like recently) your Installous apps get deleted, your gotta re-download them all.
1. Download iExplorer - http://www.macroplant.com/iexplorer/download-pc.php
2. iDevice must be connected.
3. var>mobile>documents>installous>dowloads
4. Highlight them all (Click one, hold shift, then click the last one)
5. Create a "Cracked Apps" folder then drag them all in there.
6. Open iTunes
7. Highlight the apps, then drag them into iTunes!

I needed this because many apps are not there in Installous and my friend says that all apps are available.
I dont know but I can't find some of them so I will use this method for moving the apps to my iPod touch. Thanks alot for tutorial.

Your welcome but the apps you move must still be downloaded ON installous I had the same problem lol

isn't there an extension on cydia that allows you to sync cracked apps in iTunes?

Remember when you unjailbreak, iTunes will not let you sync them back.

Why would you unjailbreak?
and when you do that it just makes it so iTunes doesnt delete it i think.

Some things might go wrong and you would need to restore. Also even if iTunes does not delete them; you cant sync them because App Sync is not there

Yeah it is? If you needa unjailbreak do it, leave them on itunes
rejailbreak get appsync, and all.
