there is a kinda of horizontal scroll/slider just below "click to run php code" button...slide it to right (toward the lock).

Sorry guys but I blocked the email function, I gave you free application to test php functions not to flood emails, if you want to do it just do it from your own servers.
By the way I'm shutting it down any way soon.
