Well, this is more a simple keylist with a random selector than a keygen, but it is a good start for coders at the "very beginning".

It's not even a keygen, it's just selecting from a list lol, making a proper keygen would prob take less code than that btw

This is actually not a keygen. What a keygen is, is a program that generates a key and not a program that random select a working key.
You'll have to get the algorithm of a program and put that in the vb.net code.
And btw, how are you going to know those working serials? With another keygen that's a 'real' keygen?

A keygen is basically breaking the algorithm (tracing it and seeing what it does) and then just making a program that repeats that algorithm, except not in the actual program.
Am I wrong?
