There is no limits towards your booting & boot timing, so you can hold it offline as long as you want, if you choose to.
Heres some proof that this booter is very good for home connections. I have a REALLY good ISP, and almost no booter can lag me out or even get me to yellow/red lines(Most can, but not as many red lines as mine did), and this one completely maxed out my net_graph 1 with red lines, in CS 1.6
