Is it possible to have a keylogger in .jpg format??. Or can i have a keylogger that doesnt show ".exe" in it?? The .exe is pretty suspicious. Will somebody please send me a keylogger in .jpg format or explain in here?? Thanks

heh text book hacking... put the jpg and key in a rar then rename to .jpg when they view the image they run the logger

You could always use a simple .jpeg exploit. Can't remember what it is at the moment, but it will allow you to "bind" any file to a jpeg.

Or you can use a double extension, and hope that your 'victim' has the option "Hide Commenly Known extensions" Enabled in his folder-options :
Picture.exe(is your virus)
So you rename it to Picture.jpeg.exe
Now because windows hides the .exe, your victim will only see Picture.jpeg
Know what i mean?

IT all depends on how you like it more.
If you made a good keylogger that is hidden once when installed, then you don't bother binding it. You only change the icon and the extension to.jpg.exe. When the victim opens it, the keylogger starts and it's installed, while the file will just show some error.
The other solution ( I like more ) is to remote install Ardamax keylogger and bind it with a picture. Go to a website and make a favicon of the picture and change the icon of the keylogger with that favicon while the extension is .jpg.exe or .exe (nevermind that, if it looks like a picture and if it's in .rar , noone will go on chekcing the extension ).
Send the file, victim clicks it and opens it, sees a picture and says, aah, this fucking moron, he goes on sending pics. Lol.

There isnt such thing called Extension Changer. It does exist. But there is a trick. You can use an extension spoofer. It hides the .exe. Here is the catch.
Say if you want to change Picture.exe to JPEG.
Spoof it and it will do Pictureexe.jpg
So
Think of a name that fits with exe so it can be undectable. Unless your victim is a complete dumbass and doesnt see the exe but only the JPEG.
