Hi guy's Basically i just wana set up a Shell booter for me and some friends i no there Poop but it saves my noob friends Port forwarding and spreading zombies ETC.. i just need help puting the requests into my VB.net program any help that can be given i will be more than happy to make a paypal Donation :D

Or you could code it your self by searching around for examples of what you want. What you are asking for is easy, and it's in VB.Net. I would NEVER pay anything to anyone for a code or project done for me in VB.Net, such easy syntax anyone could code it.
Plus if you are committed enough, you could learn to program your self.

dude i been searching every were about shells n coding them into a vb application and the only way i no is a hidden web browser with people say its not the best to use :/

it's called multi-threading different shells with webrequest method.
