Fib16 Encryption, Homemade byte encryption! - JavaProphet - Feb 1, 2012 I invented this super secure encryption using 16 keys! 16 2 digit integers 10-99. Has a default one I made up of some numbers. Simple, Easy to use. Method/Algo: Split HEX bytes into single characters 0-F for instance A2F7 to A2 and F7 then further down to F and 7 ETC. Encryption: A2F7->F7->F->Replace with certain value from key(Default F is 31)->Encrypted Decryption: 94343126(A2F7) - Using default unsecure key->Split into single HEX values -> Array: 94 34 31 26 Decryption: 94->A 34->2 31->F 26->7 The wonder that makes this thing secure is without the key is you don't know which bytes are in, sure it could be brute forced but, it would take e a while it would be 16 to the 16th power, or 18446744073709551616 tries. I plan to make a 32 then 64 keys and so on, increasing the time to brute force. Write what you think, If you want a download, Post and PM, I'll reply and give you a direct link and instructions on how to use the DLL. Post what you think and, Happy encrypting! * - 6e756c6c - Feb 2, 2012 If I am understanding this correctly, then your math is a bit off when it comes to brute forcing. If you have 16 values, each consisting of 2 digits that is 89 possibilities per value. So we calculate the permutation with repetition (89 89 16) and it would only take 126,736 calculations to break your encryption which doesn't take long at all on a computer. I like what you're doing though, I find security and cryptography to be very interesting. Keep it up. * - JavaProphet - Feb 2, 2012 Ah i did 16 to the power of 16, I'll make it that high, I have an idea of still using 16 values but, adding decimals down to 10 digits long, or better yet, 3 digit numbers, possibly 32 keys. * - newbie223 - Feb 3, 2012 very nice indeed. keep it up mate. realy short message are getting annoying. * - TheDubWubCub - Feb 3, 2012 This looks very nice, really interested in it! :D |
