Does anyone know where I can get a reverse whois lookup of domains for free? Specifically searching by email. Or, better yet a whois database download that doesn't require any form of money.

use bing for that
Step 1 : get the IP letscall it targetIP
ping www.target.com
Step2 : use bing www.bing.com
put in the searchbox :
ip:targetIP
and you got everything

Shows you Whois for Griefit.com
Hope this is what you where looking for. You can also whois IP's and see who owns/hose them.

I have found stuff that is for pay; but I'm not paying ofc; esp when whois information is public. Domain tools offers a reverse whois for registrar information; but they want you to pay for the info; which I am not spending $.50-.60 a domain...

Update: You can use DomainIq but you must use vpn because only one search is offer
