Tut - How to Spoof Extensions in DarkComet 5 - Tut - darksidessj25 - Feb 20, 2012
I didn't even know DC offered this feature tell now.
User Level - Easy
1. Navigate to your Dark Comet folder
2. Click on the Spoof extensions folder
3. Launch the app.
4. Browse for your file
5. Name your file.
6. Fake a extension [img]http://img838.imageshack.us/img838/4853/spoof2q.png[/img]
P.s Thought I'd keep it simple for my first tutorial.

Cheers. It's a good option but the actual spoof method only works on complete retards nowadays as things like msn,yahoo, skype etc show the true command ( on their side, not the senders side ).

Yeah Msn, Yahoo and Skype get it jumbled when trying to send aswell.
If you Rar it, it will mess the .rar filename aswell. Pretty outdated method but it still has it uses occasionally.
Better of just saving it with a different extension.

Whenever I do that, it corrupts the actual server.exe..It doesn't do anything when the file is opened, anyone got a solution?

lol. I already have a crypter. problem is it only spoofs the extension. it dosent completly change it. so if u send by email or skype it shows up server.jpeg.exe or smtg like that. which iz rly bait

Question, where can I download this.... online, or through torrentz only? On a phone right now, until I can get a rig.
There was another method to do this with thw shortcuts on windows. I used to make batch files that said jpg. It's been a while, can't rememeber.
