As your regular used accounts got hacked, I believe you have been Keylogged. Make a full scan with Malwarebytes & also you can use KeyScrambler to prevent Keyloggers! :)

The most important is to get back is your email, so try to do that with your Security Question. And when you got ur email back you can also get ur skype and all that back ;)
But i would scan ur system with malwarebytes first to delete the rat/keylogger that you might have.

Just write to minecraft support if you can or if there is any.. It's best if you contact them in phone, and then just tell them that your minecraft account and email account have been hacked.

Sry im not hacking emails, just try to reset ur password on ur email, you just need to answer ur Security Questions.
