Learn the language, don't set goals that you can't reach. It's impossible to go "hmm today i'm going to make a crypter in C++" without even knowing C++. And if you know VB.NET(or whatever language your trying to make it in) and you are just having problems coding, you should probably post what part of the program you're having problems with. People won't give you a source code for a completed spammer, but can help you with the parts you don't know how to do.

Put 2 button, 1 timer and 1 textbox on your form.
In the code of the first button, write : Timer1.Start()
In the code of the second button, write : Timer1.Stop()
And in the code of the timer you need to find how to "send" the text of the TextBox1.
