Help me! "Sppc.dll" is missing, cant start Windows - Auxilium - Jan 12, 2010

Owh god, I got a illegal copy of Windows and was irritated with the popup
at each time I booted up my computer asking me if I regristrer Windows now
or later.. I saw a download here (which was from an trusted user)
that could remove that; and it was not some sort of a keygen. Anyway;
when I saw it was done I was happy "finally
got rid of that damn thing", but after dinner I tried to log in and suddenly
I saw a warning saying that "Sppc.dll" is missing (Slui.exe notified me this)
and that I needed to fix it before I can even log in into Windows. After
done some researching I found out that the .dll file was required for the
registration to succeed and tried to search for this .dll , to download it,
but I could not find it! Help!

.. Anyone?

Sigh, I hoped that it was an easy thing, and I did not want to bother
anyone from the Hijack team, because they are bussy enough helping real
probs, but it seems I got an real problem.. =\

Thanks for the advice though

If I were you, I would go to the computing section.

Listen, if the OS is completely screwed up, JUST GO GET ANOTHER COPY. I have been running on illegal copies of Microsoft Operating systems for almost 4 years, and am currently running on a completely working illegal copy of "Windows 7 Ultimate".

There are clean copies, and they are not hard to find. Worst comes to worst.. just wipe your hard drive and re install?

It takes two hours, and is extremely easy.
Why would he be kidding? Sounds like that would be something good for you to do right now, since you obviously picked a pretty bad copy of windows to pirate.

What's so bad about a fresh start?

The one I had was also clean, and I mean 100% clean.. But I just did not completed the regristration (I lost the retail key, and I used an working keygen)

That's what externals/USBs/(worst comes to worst) CDs are for.

Why are you even using Windows?

Anyway, I have a solution to your problem:

Couldn't you be more specific of what version of Windows? You should download re-install it [since its clean] and use a keygen/activator or key to activate it.

There is not way u can find that file to fix the error.

If it is Windows 7, then go here for activator http://www.multiupload.com/UCOYCHWEMM

hope that helps.

If you know what you're doing you can recover any file.

Here's a real solution to your problem:

Restart your PC.

Then when you hear the beep press F8 repeatedly, you will enter an advance boot menu.

Select "Last Known Good Configuration" press ENTER.
If that does not work
Select Safe mode and post here if you can log onto the windows or not.

Yup, I tried this before,

The first option "Last Known Good Configuration" did NOT work,
Safe mode DID work.
