I removed the tcp flood in the public version.
Features :
DDOS : SuperSYN, HTTP flood
Download / execute
Autostart
Compatible all win versions (including VISTA / 7)
Spread : auto USB / rar zip infection / P2P list can be edited from your website
Lots of anti's
How to use :
open config.php and edit settings with your sql details and login / password for the panel.
upload the /panel/ folder on your website
open the project with visual studio 2008
in config.cs put the url needed
Compile and spread !

maybe because of the sandbox or .net framework is not installed... try to install visual studio on your virtual machine so u can debug the exe and see in the source code where is the problem.
