Scammed $300 by Yellow Skull [UID: 905279] - Gink - Apr 21, 2012

  3. Search Scam Reports area for any existing threads with the scammer. Search by username and also uid. If everyone adds the users profile then UID will be very effective.

  4. Post any images/screenshots that you can provide as evidence of the scam. Best option is to use the spoiler tags for images.
    As for now, I will post the proof of payment as well as the PMs between me and Yellow Skull.

    The chats are in order in the numbers, with each screenshot showing at least the last line of the other to prove that not a single line was skipped. The proofofusername.png file contains the proof that the person I'm chatting with is indeed Yellow Skull. IMG_0259.png shows that he says that I didn't have to wait at all and IMG_0262.png shows that he had confirmed receipt of the money. The spoilers at the bottom of this post contains all Skype chat log images along with download links for each. Please note these screenshots are rather large.

The scenario: After seeing the user's thread BlackBerry Devices | Tablets | Phones | Unlocked | Offer A Price, I decided to PM him and inquire about the actual method rather than devices. He sent me his Skype, we made a deal that ended up being $300 + me writing a PHP script automating the exploit process for him, and basically after that he started making up excuses about having to go out with his girlfriend and other stuff. Then my friend pointed out the thread Just split up with my girl for being Honest... and I got suspicious, and posted How long is too long for product delivery?. As a result of the replies, this scam report is being filed.

To Yellow Skull: In the case you decide to later actually provide me with my method, I'm more than happy to reimburse you any way you want.

*In regards to the inconsistent prices listed in the PMs versus what I posted ($300), over Skype we had later made the deal that I would pay him back later in both scripting the exploit and giving him a portion of sales.

My Paypal is perm limited and suspended So I couldn't do much and I tried to deal with that
Multiple times I asked for his email but he never gave it me till about 2 mins ago after he disputed the transaction

Once closed I will send the method

Oh Shit . It is terrible to know, that some humans ,only want to have money, for nothing to do. Ripping is the biggest shit and i hate this human. Outher people must work hard to earn money . I dont know any details about him , but when he was ripping , i dont understand why he not will banned forever.

Yeah I guess it seems like he got me for $200 as well. I won't even bother making a scam report, there's no need. There's got to be some type of action taken against known scammers. I mean this guy starts a thread and has it destroyed by people claiming that he's a scammer...and like an idiot I decide to give him a chance. I guess it's partly my fault...
I think there should be a group of people who moderate these sections and are able to make judgement on deal disputes and those who are found guilty of scamming should have to wear a badge on their profile that says "Deal with Caution" or there should be elevated requirements to post in the Premium Market Section

Why don't you send the method first rather than trying to scam him even further? @OP: Don't close the dispute until after you get what you paid for. He's just saying that so that you can't reverse it again.
