Hahaha!! I have found a free website(PHP+MySQL),E-Mail,ssh + ssh tunnel service,
tools: nasm,gcc,python,python3, ALL YOU WANT except: ping and netcat,
but you can compile netcat and put it to yout ~/bin folder.
