I will download and/or reupload the file or files of your choice from $harecash or File.ice.
I have a dynamic IP and I can change it when need be OR use any of the other few dedicated IPs I have to download your file to help ensure credit.

(Just so everyone knows, File.ice surveys go a lot smoother/easier than $harecash. So if you guys have File.ice surveys I should be able to fill out quite a bit quicker.)

This is all manually downloaded and sometimes $harecash surveys are messed up so that might limit the amount of downloading I can do.
