How To Crack A Router For Username and Password
(Download Brutus to crack a D-Link route.)
1.) Open up Brutus
2.) Configure Brutus.Put the target as the router's IP address.Put in the userlist and
the passlist.After everything is OK,press on START.
3.) Now you can see that Brutus is cracking the router.
Wait for Brutus to finish cracking the router.You will get the result.
4.) There. Now you see that you have username / password for the router.

I don't think Brutus is still maintained, besides Hydra is quite a good tool too for http brute forcing and other services as well.
