Many sites lost ranking in recent google panda/penguin update. Here is how to win them back:
Onsite Technique
Use LSI technique of content writing. Means use relevant keywords related to your main keyword while writing content . Do not use your main keyword more than 1%-2% of total word count of content/article.
Offsite Technique:
Backlinks from relevant blog/forum are considered high quality. Mix both dofollow and nofollow while building links.
So use google to find forums which are related to your website topic and make usefull posts on them and put a backlink to your site in those posts.
Google blogs which allow guest posts in exchange of backlinks to your site. Offer high quality guest post to owner of blog and get a backlink from them.
If you keep building 2-5 high quality backlinks daily, you will start ranking within a month for many tong tail keywords and after 3 months for main keywords.
I have been using this technique from long time and none of my sites got penalized. Any question? Just ask!
